SWIM

• Departure / Arrival free beach in fronto of the Square Andrea Costa direction towards the harbour crossing a sort of L and back.

BIKE

• Departure Changing Area (Viale Giardini al Mare Giorgio Ghezzi) then right Viale Ortigara
• Viale Ortigara right in Viale G. Carducci
• Viale G. Carducci roundabout Via Roma/Piazza Andrea Costa then direction south
• Viale Carducci turn right in Via A. Panzini
• Via A. Panzini turn left in Viale dei Mille
• Viale dei Mille turn right in Via Dante Alighieri (roundabout)
• Via Dante Alighieri up to the roundabout and the turn right in Viale Bramante
• Viale Bramante turn right on to Road Rail Over Pass, Bridge turn into Via Fossa/Via Canale Bonificazione
• Via Fossa/Via Canale Bonificazione untill the roundabout and then turn left in Via Pisciatello
• Via Pisciatello turn left in Via Fiorentina
• Via Fiorentina then turn right in Via Fossa
• Via Fossa, Road Rail Over-pass, Bridge and then turno left in Viale Bramante
• Viale Bramante at the roundabout turn left in Via Dante Alighieri
• Viale Dante Alighieri then turn left in Viale G. Carducci untill turning point roundabout in Via Roma/Piazza Andrea Costa
• Start again and repeat for 3 times

RUN

• Departure Changing Area (Viale Giardini al Mare Giorgio Ghezzi) turn left in Viale Ortigara
• Viale Ortigara turn right on to the Promenade Levante
• At the end of the Promenade at the level of the Via Montello turnong point direction towards North
• Carry on towards the Square Piazza Andrea Costa crossing in North direction untill the next turning point at the level of the Via Montegrappa, and the take direction towards South.
• Returned to the Square Piazza Andrea Costa start again and repeat for 4 times.
